I made some cinnamon rolls, too, but they didn't turn out to be nearly as attractive as yours - though they were delicious - so I didn't even photograph them. I used agave instead of sugar for the filling, so they slid all over the place, plus my dough was geting a little soft - I should have put it back in the fridge. Ah well... So funny that you went in for Baked and came out with Pure Dessert - that's exactly what I did!!!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02661858854659186118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8416005686151097177.post-23131644191136192382009-07-01T23:42:35.428-04:002009-07-01T23:42:35.428-04:00Your vintage mold looks like it was made for a tet...Your vintage mold looks like it was made for a tete! And your cinnamon rolls look incredible. Glad they were a big hit with your hubs. I'm with you - this is not a bread I'll make often (although strangely, I think I've made brioche more than any other single bread!) but it's nice to have the experience of baking such a classic. And I really do think it works awfully well in sweet rolls.
